GM Baher Formuli
Mahmoud Baher Formuli was born in 1948 in Kabul, Afghanistan. Graduated and achieved his High School Diploma from Habibia High School in 1971. Has been successfully completed Faculty of Literature in University of Kabul, in 1976. Upon graduation, started to gain working experiences in the following places; University of Kabul, Ministry of Education, and teaching in Naderia High School. He left Afghanistan in 1982, going throughout different countries, and finally migrated to Canada in 1984. After getting settled in Canada, started to look for employment to support his family. Start Owning and management of restaurant businesses. During all this time, has been actively involved in his community and has tirelessly committed his time in activities like Social Media, cultural activities, Radio, Television, and news broadcasting. Has been elected as a President of Afghan Association of Ontario (AAO), was in charge of Cultural responsibilities in this association. In addition to all this, he has been volunteering with various sectors and boards and fully committed his talents towards different activities. Has been Community member in the process of reconciliation and the promotion of National Peace in Afghanistan. Working and assisting in writing Afghan Media, and analytical articles with regards to issues in Afghanistan. Participated and has been actively involved in conferences and served as a board member of Newcomer’s Settlement Organizations an Immigrants to Canada. Organizing workshops and seminars, introducing Canada’s Rules and Regulations to the community youths and parents. Currently, hosting cultural program “Now Bahar” in the international TV show of “OmidTV 24” in the city of Toronto.

متولد سال 1949میلادی در پروان زمین. فارغ لیسۀ نعمان پروان. تحصیلات عالی درانستیتوت ادارۀ صنعت. اشتغال رسمی در چوکات وزارت امورخارجه. شاعر، نویسنده، مؤرخ. نویسنده و مؤلف بیست وهفت عنوان کتاب در موارد مختلف مانند شعر، تاریخ، اخلاق وسیاست. تاکنون صد ها مقاله در مطبوعات داخل افغانستان و رسانه های افغانی و ایرانی درخارج کشور به نشر رسانیده است. ازسی وهشت سال بدینسو با همسر و فرزندانش درکانادا بسر میبرد.
پیکارپامیر فاکولته ی ژورنالیسم نویسنده گان بین المللی را درکانادا نیز به اتمام رسانیده است.

حکیم ناظم محترم حکیم ناظم در خزان سال 1335 خورشیدی در منطقه علاالدین شهر کابل تولد و تحصیلاتش را در دانشکده مهندسی دانشگاه کابل به پایان رسانیده است. بعد از ختم تحصیل و دوره عسکری شامل کار در رادیو تلویزیون ملی افغانستان گردیده و مدت چند سالی در بخش های مختلف تلویزیون سیار تلویزیون افغانستان اجرای وظیفه نموده. اوايل سال 1989 میلادی بنا بر مشکلات امنیتی و سیاسی مجبور به مهاجرت به پاکستان گردید. در دوره مهاجرت با موسسات غیر دولتی مختلف از قبیل مرکز نشراتی افغان، مرکز اطلاعاتی اریک و موسسه اکبار همکاری داشته و از اول سال 1992 به اسلام آباد رفته بعدا با ادار هماّنگی کمک های سازمان ملل (یونوچا) در اسلام آباد کار نمود.در اواخر سال 1994 منحیث کامند بین المللی سازمان ملل متحد در دپارتمنت حفظ صلح سازمان ملل عازم گرجستان (شوروی سابق) گردیده مدت چهار سال در آنجا خدمت نمود. از اواخر سال 1997 بدینسو با خانم و اطفالش در ایالت برتش کلمبیای کانادا اقامت دارد حکیم ناظم بعد از مهاجرت و جابجایی خانواده خود به کانادا هنوز هم الی اخر سال 1998 به وظیفه خویش در دپارتمنت حفظ صلح سازمان ملل ادامه داده ولی بناء بر مشکلات خانوادگی مجبور به استعفاء از کار با سازمان ملل شد. محترم ناظم بین سالهای 1999 الی 2005 مدیریت یکی از مراکز خدمت به مهاجرین در ایالت برتش کلمبیا را پیش برده و الی سال 2007 مدیریت یکی از شرکت های برنامه سازی کمپیوتر را در ونکوور به عهده داشت. جناب ناظم بین سالهای 2007 الی 2012 منحیث مشاور ملکی ناتو / آیساف در قوماندانی عمومی قوتهای ناتو در شهر کابل ایفای وظیفه نموده است. آقای ناظم در رشته های محتلف روزنامه نگاری و اساسات ژورنالیزم، تبلیغات نظامی و مبارزه با جنگ روانی، ایجاد و حفظ صلح، خلع سلاح نیروهای مسلح غیر مسئول، امنیت بعد از جنگ، مبارزه با تروریزم و شورشگری، مدیریت و اداره ، مالیه وحسابداری، مشاورت در امور مهاجرت و تهیه مسکن ، کورسهای مختلف کوتاه مدت داخل خدمت را موفقانه به پایان رسانیده و به کانفرانسهای متعدد داخلی و بین المللی اشتراک نموده است. ناظم به زبانهای فارسی، پشتو، انگلیسی، اردو و روسی مهارت کافی داشته و به زبانها جرمنی و ترکی نیز بلدیت دارد.
